Synced transcript + audio playback By clicking into a call you can see the entire transcript and read along as the audio plays. Click on any part of the transcript to jump to that point in time.
Transcript pushed to your SFTP collection folder:

Transcripts of the call are made available in your SFTP collection (under a new top level folder called ‘TRANSCRIPTION’). This allows you to sync your audio, meta-data and transcripts with external systems or pipelines and retain your own backups.
