Supported Devices

ONSIM is committed to providing our customers with a seamless and reliable mobile experience. To achieve this we perform rigorous testing in order to identify the devices that are able to provide high quality voice, messaging, and data on our network and that have the required carrier files installed by manufacturers to support our unique features. If your device is not listed below it will not work with ONSIM and we are unable to troubleshoot it. All devices must also be unlocked.

Apple

iOS 15.4 or later. Recommended: iOS 17.1 or later
iPhone XR or later
eSIM supported
VoLTE must be manually enabled
Wifi Calling must be manually enabled
Wifi Calling requires iOS 18 or newer

Google

Android 13 with March 2023 update or later
Pixel 6 and later
Pixel 'a' models not recommended for roaming

WiFi Calling is not currently supported on Motorola devices

Locked Phones

Only unlocked phones can be used with ONSIM. Contact the provider the phone is locked to in order to have it unlocked:
