The customer
A fintech providing international payments and FX services to businesses, with regulated teams spread across many countries. Every market needed working mobile service and compliant call recording; almost every market did it differently.
The problem
There was no central provider for mobile across the countries the firm operates in, and no native call recording in most of them. The result was what they called a complex gap: a patchwork of local arrangements and recording apps, with the coverage holes and administrative weight that patchworks bring. Apps had been the workaround, with the usual app problems.
What we deployed
ONSIM Landline SIMs with native mobile call recording, plus international mobile numbering - native mobile numbers in the countries where their teams work, all under one account. Existing numbers were ported and new ones issued; in their words, it went fantastically. The rollout took a couple of weeks from order to everyone up and running.
The result
One supplier across multiple regions where there had been many, a smaller phone bill, quicker response times, and a service they describe as more efficient and more reliable. The change that mattered most: native mobile numbers with native call recording, in every geography that needed them - the thing the patchwork could never quite deliver.
