A 250-agent medical recruitment agency closed its call recording gap in under a week

With no access to call audio, a large UK medical recruitment agency carried real compliance and income risk. ONSIM Landline SIMs with recording closed the gap, feeding recordings straight into their own systems.

Recording delivery

The customer

A UK medical recruitment agency placing healthcare staff at scale, with 250 agents on the phones. In medical staffing, calls are the business - and evidencing what was said on them is not optional.

The problem

The agency had no access to its own call audio. No recordings meant no transcripts, and no transcripts meant a standing compliance and income risk: conversations that placed clinicians into shifts existed only in memory. They had tried apps and IP phones; neither gave them reliable, complete capture of the calls their agents actually made.

What we deployed

ONSIM Landline SIMs with network-level call recording for the agent teams. Existing numbers were ported in and new ones issued alongside - both went smoothly - and the deployment went from order to everyone up and running in less than a week.

The result

The recording gap is closed and, in the customer’s words, the business is protected and lost revenue has stopped. The change that mattered most to them was not the recording itself but where it goes: recordings are delivered directly into their own systems over the ONSIM API, so call evidence lands where their compliance and operations teams already work rather than in yet another portal.
